Colonel Richard W. Prendergast, Jr. – Class of 1948

The Alumni Association was notified of the passing, on November 11, 2018, of Colonel Richard W. Prendergast, Jr. of the Class of 1948.  Richard is survived by his wife, Arlene and his children.  Richard served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was heavily decorated. Upon leaving Active Military Duty, Colonel Prendergast served as a Hospital Administrator at Oak Forest Hospital, Oak Forest, IL  and at St. James Hospital, Chicago, Heights, IL..  For further information, please click this link to Richard’s obituary The entire Alumni Association offer its prayers and condolences to Richard’s  family and Richard’s other close associates at this time.
