The Alumni Association was recently notified of the passing on December 20, 2018, of James R. “Dick” Coughlan of the Class of 1956. Dick was a Major in the U.S.M.C. and after went on to pilot for American Airlines. Dick is survived by his children, Terry (Margaret Barrett), Brendan (Maripat), James Daniel, Kathleen (David) Girzadas, and Caley (Nikkii) Coughlan, as well as 13 grandchildren and his great-granddaughter Penelope
